ReserVoice gives your business everything you need to start taking bookings.The three main aspects are:

Web pages that allow you to set up your resource.
Web Bookings:
A web bookings page that your customers use to book and you use to view and modify bookings.

Telephone access for your customers to make bookings over the phone.

Account - To modify your account details such as password
Settings - For various resource settings such as the number of days ahead bookings can be taken.
Days - Assigns schedules to days of the week, weekends, bank holidays and specific days.
Schedules - Sets up your opening hours and allowable booking start times and durations.
Customers - Defines what information you would like the system to collect from your customers. For example name, address and phone number.
For your customers - Shows a calendar of availability which allows your customers to create a new booking and to modify or cancel their own previously made bookings. This screen is available stand-alone or for incorporation seamlessly into your own web site.
For you and your employees - As above, but displaying more booking status information, allowing any booking to be modified or cancelled and incorporating a more detailed day view. There is a separate signing in password so your employees can view this page without having access to your configuration settings.
Automatic speech recognition uses computers instead of human operators to deal with a telephone call. Recorded human voice is played to the caller, and the caller can speak normally, so producing a natural and intuitive interaction.
